SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Cherry Pop Hair, we specialize in high-quality RAW HAIR EXTENSIONS. Every order is co-washed, air-dried, and thoroughly inspected by our quality control management team to ensure you receive the best possible product.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, with an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.

Processing Times

  • Raw Hair Bundles: 5-7 business days 
  • Custom Wigs: 15-21 business days.
  • Custom Clip-ins: 7-10 business days.
  • Lace Frontals & Closures: 5-7 business days.
  • No Weekend/Holiday Processing: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

For special occasions or events, please order ahead of time, as expedited processing is not guaranteed for all products. For express shipping request, email us at info@cherrypophair.com or text 973-980-8931 for a faster response.

International Orders

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer's responsibilities. Check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address on your account. Double-check your contact details to ensure you receive all notifications.

Undeliverable Packages, Incorrect Addresses, and Refused Deliveries

Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS to the address provided during checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses will delay shipping. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, re-shipping will be at your expense.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders to verified billing and shipping addresses. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. International orders may take 14-21 business days. Delays may occur during holiday seasons.

Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a return or exchange on unworn items in their original packaging. Due to federal laws and health regulations, once human hair extensions have been opened or used, they are non-returnable.

48-Hour Return Policy

Effective September 2024, we accept return requests within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once approved, you must send the item back within 48 hours. Returns that meet this requirement will be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Returns sent after the 48-hour window are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refund Requirements: Hair must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Non-refundable: Wigs are custom-made and are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

To request a return, email info@cherrypophair.com. Do not send items back until you receive confirmation from us.

Why Can't Opened Extensions Be Returned?

Human hair extensions are hygienic products, and federal law prohibits returning used human hair. We adhere strictly to this policy. Please inspect your extensions before opening them to ensure they meet your expectations for color, quality, and texture.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Email info@cherrypophair.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Package the product with the sales invoice included.
  3. Use a trackable and insured shipping method. Cherry Pop Hair is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund. You should see the refund applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days. Exchanges may incur a $50 restocking fee.
